• Brian P. Mack

Brian P. Mack

Brian focuses his practice on the representation of persons who are injured in workers compensation and personal injury matters. Brian has handled thousands of injury claims, and recovered millions of dollars for people who have been hurt.

Brian opened his own office as a sole practitioner in 2003. Since that time, the firm has added two more attorneys and paralegal to handle the firm's growth.

The firm also represents individuals as well as small and medium size businesses in a variety of matters, including commercial disputes, bankcruptcy litigation, and transfers of annuity streams.

Today, the firm's attorneys have more than 30 years of combined real experience to put to work for you.

Brian was formerly associated with the firm of Ancel, Glink, Diamond, Cope Bush in Chicago where he was an associate and then partner. At that firm, Brian developed his litigation skills on behalf of the municipal and insurance clients his former firm represented. There, he learned how employers and their insurance companies think and operate. And he also developed an acute awareness of the unique needs of injured workers and how best to protect their rights. His desire to now use his experience to help the injured worker, and to advocate for the individual, is what led him to open his own law firm.

Brian is an accomplished appellate attorney, having personally handled multiple appeals before several Illinois appellate districts. He has also achieved success in the Federal Courts and has tried several cases in the US District Court in Chicago, and has handled appeals before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Brian graduated from the University of Michigan in 1985 and the University Of Dayton School Of Law in 1988. He is a member of all Illinois and Indiana State and Federal bars.

Brian is involved in several charity and community organizations. He is a board member of Catholic Charities in Chicago and is a board member of the Small Business Advocacy Council. He is also volunteers as a coach for youth league sports. He lives happily in Chicago with his wife, Katie, and their 4 children.
